Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where the product is defective or significantly different from what was advertised.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure they are accurate and meet their requirements. Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of the product received must be reported to us within 5-7 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, depending on the specific circumstances. Any requests for returns or refunds that fall outside of this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
